Digital content platform Tech Wire Asia today presented to a select audience of Exact resellers how its web, social and multimedia strategies helped aid the sales process right across the Exact product range.
The presentation by Tech Wire Asia Regional Sales & Marketing Manager (APAC) Christopher Connell showcased how the timely and targeted distribution of information down the length of the sales funnel can expedite the sales journey.
The 30-minute presentation covered digital strategies available to Exact resellers, by giving examples on how the site successfully used multiple Internet media to increase nurture of potential leads and increase eventual deal velocity.
Connell explained how messages can attract initial attention in broad-brush strokes at the top-of-the-funnel stage (TOFU), and then combine these with highly-targeted messages to specific demographics.
As a result, in just four campaigns, Exact’s story reached nearly 3 million enterprise executives in 10 APAC countries.
Breaking the figures down, Connell said the campaigns totalled nearly 3 million page impressions, 14,000 social engagements and nearly 120,000 social post reads and shares.
As well as direct and indirect marketing, the four campaigns led Exact to dominate key organic search terms, such as “top ERP in Asia”.
Connell said: “Perhaps indicative of the target markets, 69 percent of the content we created was absorbed on mobile devices, while only a quarter of users engaged on conventional desktops or laptops.”
He concluded, “Internet content – web, social, video, audio – is a powerful tool for technology providers and their partners to generate awareness and demand. But, it has to be delivered with care, to the right people on the right platform.”
