Last year our company revenues grew by 40% for the third year in a row.  Across three offices in the UK, Malaysia and Australia, we work with hundreds of blue-chip clients helping them to achieve their digital marketing goals.

The opportunity

We are seeking an outstanding Senior Account Manager to work closely with a large list of existing clients, deepening relationships and increasing revenues. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients and working with the broader team to support the execution & delivery of digital campaigns.  You are rewarded to think entrepreneurially, to problem-solve, and to close opportunities, always looking for ways to grow the relationship.

Externally, the Senior Account Manager will be constantly client facing in phone calls, videoconferences or in person. Internally, you will be working with editorial, digital and creative to oversee the ‘customer experience’ and ensure our client relationships are always shaping in the right direction.

Responsibilities:

  • A true account leader, inspiring your team to outstanding levels of performance
  • Identify & close on opportunities for campaign growth via additional digital services & channels
  • Aligning client’s business goals & objectives into digital campaigns that deliver success against core performance metrics
  • Work with senior management to develop and execute our account management strategy across Hybrid’s key markets
  • Manage workflow and client contact through our CRM, Trello and other effective organisational strategies
  • Collaborate with journalists, digital strategists and creatives to produce detailed proposals
  • Accurate forecasting and reporting of weekly / monthly / quarterly revenue targets

Requirements:

  • Clear previous performance as a sales and accounts leader
  • Demonstrated experience and track record leading successful account management teams in media, advertising or related industries
  • Proven closing ability working on large accounts
  • Track record of delivering against ambitious growth targets
  • Experience and confidence pitching, negotiating and closing business with C-level executives
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously with effective time management to meet deadlines
  • Detailed knowledge of the digital media advertising industry
  • Personal drive and work ethic to go above and beyond in delivering success
