The Role

The Digital Media Analyst is a new role at Hybrid to take ownership of our data, dashboards and reporting. This role will analyse data, generate insights and influence campaign strategy, ensuring our content remains relevant and continues to deliver positive results for our clients.

Key responsibilities:

  • Partner with the Head of Digital to develop efficient dashboards and provide clear visual reporting of our data
  • Analyse raw data and campaign results to generate actionable insights
  • Develop reports and present to various stakeholders, empowering their decision-making process for each campaign
  • Leverage our data in the correct manner to ensure reporting is accurate
  • Collaborate with teams in Australia and Malaysia to improve our digital campaigns worldwide
  • Champion data driven decision making at Hybrid to shape the future strategy of our global brands
  • Keep up to date with developments in education and technology including assessment of key competitors

Requirements:

  • Problem solving ability to analyse data and draw insights that will effect change
  • Push data driven decision making across the business to the core of our client strategy
  • Passion for generating new ideas from these insights to impact campaign performance
  • Similar experience in digital marketing analytics with exposure to paid media
  • Relevant degree within a quantitative discipline
  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects
  • Excellent communicator and team player
