What you’ll do:

This is a key hire for us. The role has been re-imagined for our level of growth moving into 2022. We are looking for someone to handle full paid media campaign management for global clients and everything else that comes along with it. This role is best suited to an experienced performance media marketer looking to deploy and grow their expertise in a new role. You will be working with six figure budgets across multiple clients.

  1. Become a performance expert within the agency — you won’t just be managing campaigns, but creating strategies for Search, Social and Programmatic that deliver real value to our partners
  2. Conduct high-quality analysis that breaks insight and performance data down to become easily digestible for key stakeholders
  3. Play an active role in defining Programmatic best practice and scalable processes. Stay up-to-date with new market tools and Programmatic opportunities, which will support client strategy and Hybrid’s own product offering; sharing findings with the wider team will be key
  4. Provide campaign reporting and measurement of the effectiveness of campaigns, ensuring all deliverables are achieved accurately and on time
  5. If you also want to develop your channel expertise to include new channels such as Weibo, Wechat and Tencent, then this role can help you add another string to your media bow. You’ll be kickstarting international campaigns and working in new media markets is a key part of the role – training will be provided in these areas

What you’ll bring:

  • Plan, write and launch paid media campaigns that perform and provide the results required by our clients, particularly across Hybrid’s Programmatic offering
  • Provide a consistent output of campaign builds, analysis and thinking outside the box to drive high levels of innovation
  • Disciplined daily management of all paid media campaigns
  • Track digital KPIs to measure campaign performance
  • Maintain our strong relationships with Google and Facebook
  • Produce detailed and accurate client reports, including competitor analysis
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of clients’ accounts to identify trends or issues that can then be raised with the wider team
  • Optimise and improve client’s advertising campaigns using the Hybrid’s market-leading technologies
  • Support the Digital Director with research, insight and support around data that lead to effective cross-channel media strategies and tactics.

What you’ll need:

  • Degree qualification or equivalent
  • Ability to multitask
  • Highly efficient communication skills
  • Minimum 4+ years working on paid media campaigns
  • Passionate about media and marketing (like us!)
  • Strong work ethic
  • Highly analytical and data-driven
  • Strong Excel skills
  • A team player who works well internally and is aligned with our company culture
  • Extensive technical knowledge of at least Google Ads and Facebook Ads
  • Experience running activity across Programmatic networks
  • Ability to analyse data and identify trends in customer behaviour
