The Role

With rapid growth in 2019, Hybrid is expanding the account management function to continue our outstanding levels of client service. The Senior Account Manager will lead key relationships for multi-million-pound clients, working with our dedicated teams to deliver world class campaigns across paid media (PPC, paid social, display, programmatic) and creative (digital, animation, print, OOH).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading senior relationships with our key accounts to understand brief requirements and communicate goals internally
  • Ability to build a strong rapport with clients through regular communication, in turn providing excellent client service
  • Spot opportunities to unlock growth of existing accounts across paid media and creative, turning these ideas into action
  • Managing client budgets, producing project schedules and reporting on campaign performance
  • Working with the wider team on new business pitches and presenting to potential clients to win future accounts
  • Inspire, motivate and develop team members to deliver quality campaigns that excite our clients
  • Travel to client sites as and when required

Requirements:

  • Extensive agency experience working in a senior client services role
  • Strong understanding of key paid media channels (PPC, Paid Social, Display etc.) to shape campaign progress and drive results
  • Previous experience of setting up paid media campaigns would be helpful, however is not a must in this role
  • Understanding of the creative process within an agency and have managed these projects end to end
  • Highly energetic presence to engage clients and build rapport, whilst galvanising our team to produce powerful campaigns
  • Enjoy planning, pitching and winning new business
  • Fantastic attention to detail, organisational skills and a calm presence to deliver under pressure
