With the often dreaded New Year’s resolutions just round the corner, we are instead focusing on what WAS achieved in 2023 – as opposed to what wasn’t (i.e. going to the gym that’s still being paid for!). We asked some of the Hybrid staff to pause and reflect on their year, and to shed some light into the many up’s they’ve had throughout 2023.
2023, what a year!

Favourite book?
The Argonauts by Maggie Nelson is amazing. She consistently brings it when it comes to writing about life and its esoteric concepts.

Whatever you think you can’t do, you actually can. Remember that.
Most enjoyable work project?
Honestly, I love what I do – so every day is pretty enjoyable, especially when I get to work with so many talented individuals. Also, any time I spend on campus with our partners. Getting the vibe from a place directly from its people is the best immersion you can have.
