From our internal culture to the way we support universities worldwide, our commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion goes further.
Through CARE, we’ve provided over 50 loans to help 200 businesses and socially conscious entrepreneurs grow. We’ve raised more than £2,500 for Jessie May to fund hospice care for terminally ill children, sponsored Winscombe Football Club to get under-10s into local sport, and partnered with Giveadelphia to support US-based non-profits.
We also give back to the education sector through our sponsorship of The She Network – a supportive space for women in higher education – and by offering work experience placements that give students a first-hand look at the world of marketing.
Our success is built on our people. We’re committed to ethical, sustainable growth that supports our teams as much as the institutions we work with – recognising the pressures of modern work and education, and advocating for wellbeing at every level.
Every member of staff has access to mental health support through the Headspace app, plus 24/7 one-to-one counselling via Health Assured. We provide 10 hours each quarter for ongoing learning and development, and a monthly allowance for wellbeing – whether that’s a gym membership, yoga classes, or even guitar lessons.
