Since launching its US operations in 2022, Hybrid’s team has grown by 69% in Philadelphia, contributing to a global headcount of over 200 across six offices. This expansion has been fueled by partnerships with prestigious universities and specialist colleges alike, including Columbia University, University of California and University of Maine.

The company’s proprietary $1M+ tech stack and specialized unit of 25 developers, data scientists and software engineers are transforming how the education sector approaches future student recruitment.
