The Role

With rapid growth in 2019, Hybrid is expanding the account management function to continue our outstanding levels of client service. The Account Executive role is a new position to support the full cycle delivery of our digital media campaigns. This is a fast-paced role involving high levels of client communication (phone-based), internal coordination of key staff (Editorial, Digital, Creative) and first-class organisational ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients through each stage of the account management process, from discovery calls and campaign launches through to progress reports and campaign renewals
  • Support the Account Manager on day to day campaign activity and receive guidance throughout
  • Regular account administration duties in line with our overarching framework
  • Assist in coordinating with our digital, editorial and creative teams to deliver content and hit our KPIs for each campaign
  • Help shape weekly campaign reports for the Account Director
  • Liaise with stakeholders in Australia and Kuala Lumpur on global initiatives

Requirements:

  • Phone based client service experience from a similar role
  • Eager to learn and develop their skillset while supporting our world-class account management team
  • Passion for digital media
  • Can-do attitude and energy that aligns with Hybrid’s growth ambitions
  • Ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders globally
