The Opportunity

We are looking for an experienced Senior Sales Executive to join the team in our contemporary office space in the heart of Sydney’s CBD. We require a tenacious and energetic hunter with the desire to reach new prospects, win new accounts and grow their client portfolio.

The role would suit candidates with transferable experience in events, advertising or media sales.

With effective product training, support and mentoring provided, you will be pitching, negotiating and closing deals. Hybrid offer a market leading, uncapped commission scheme combined with training, support and clear progression pathways to sales and account management.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with the Sales Director to build upon your experience and quickly develop your product and market understanding
  • Identify prospects and relevant clients in higher education and technology
  • Build interest from C-level executives through impactful pitching and clear articulation of our digital media products and services
  • Negotiate and close business deals

Requirements

  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales
  • Sales or sales management experience in events, media or advertising
  • Hunter mentality with a relentless desire to win new business
  • Persuasive and agile communicator
  • Have the ability to build rapport with senior stakeholders and understand business needs
  • Energetic, confident, determined to succeed and drive their careers forward
  • A team player and positive influence in any working environment
