The Role

Hybrid’s in-house recruitment function is growing to keep pace with the rapid growth across our 3 offices globally. This Recruiter role will focus first and foremost on talent acquisition, recruiting business development staff that share our values, vision and high standards to build the most talented media sales team in Sydney. Your positive attitude and outstanding sense of teamwork will shape our employer brand, culture and continued development of our employees.

Responsibilities:

  • Report into the Senior Recruitment Manager to implement our overarching recruitment strategy for Sydney
  • Manage candidates through the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding
  • Write compelling job descriptions that engage and attract talented candidates
  • Assist in the management of our recruitment advertising budget to post roles on relevant job boards
  • Outbound headhunting using tools such as Linkedin Recruiter
  • Analyse and report on recruitment data to inform our overall strategy
  • Develop and manage partnerships with universities and sports clubs
  • Shape the onboarding and staff development plan in Sydney, assisting in training sessions where required
  • Liaise with internal digital and editorial teams to drive our employer branding strategy across our website and social media channels
  • Help manage social events across the year as part of our office culture
  • Ensure all HR administration remains accurate and up to date

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a 360 recruiter
  • Strong track record of success sourcing and placing candidates under tight deadlines and working to specific targets
  • Ideally experience recruiting sales candidates
  • Energetic and professional approach to communicate the Hybrid employer value proposition effectively
  • First class face to face interview skills to determine candidate strengths and maintain our high standards
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Able to engage with internal stakeholders at a range of levels
